LOVE YOUR BODY WORKOUT PROGRAM
This workout program combines weight lifting, high intensity HIIT exercise, foam rolling, and flexibility to give you a well-rounded workout program that can be done in under 45 minutes each day. Some workouts are less than 30 minutes long! This program was created for the gym, but you can always do this at home if you have a home gym.
All exercises for this workout program are demonstrated by video on myWorkout & Exercise playliston YouTube for easy reference of exercises along with modifications. Here is an example of one of the exercises in this workout program:
